The options that now seems very likely that they will become worth something the way the company is going
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open culture and transparency. It is not a nights and weekends culture but people do show up in real emergencies when needed
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Simply put, they do what they say they will and say what they did and why. Most of all, I believe it is the transparency in communication and the trust Dan personally shows in employees is simply great. The execution from the execs and their teams, the direction the company is heading in is great.
