What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Move to a new organization that needs to run under a chaotic 80's business model and let JV save the org. Go to college. Get experience outside of the single org where you started your career before accepting VP roles. It's like watching Amatuer Hour!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have one. Getting a paycheck seems like an astonishing feat after seeing this leadership team in action.
It does a good job of providing coverage.

My immediate team is horrible, but there are many great and talented people within the organization, for now.

Remove the entire Sr. Mgmt team minus two exceptions and start over.
