The rise and quarterly bonus
It's fair as for my seniority level. Also quite competitive for the country of my location.

They are professionals and I like the way we cooperate
diligent, intelligent result-oriented, team-players, fearless
We are all different but making up a great team

My team is creative. We always look at how we can improve what we do as well as innovate and see what we can do completely differently.
