What is the best part about your compensation package?

It is a balanced compensation package

Flexible hours, good vacation benefits

Bonus and stock options; also, I believe I'm paid competitively (more than fair)

For AdOps it would be better if targets & hence bonus payouts were tied more directly to the accounts the AMs work on.Instead of team goals
