What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to every one and they have open door policy.
Flexible and always willing to hear employees
Leadership is friendly and amazing
Open and tranparent as possible.
They are very transparent and communicate often about what direction the company is going and what our goals are.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is a balanced compensation package
Flexible hours, good vacation benefits
Bonus and stock options; also, I believe I'm paid competitively (more than fair)
For AdOps it would be better if targets & hence bonus payouts were tied more directly to the accounts the AMs work on.Instead of team goals

Great culture overall and inclusive
Inclusive culture with great people
very collaborative, WFH gives us a great WLB, free food and drink helps too
