Ms. Prishkolnik has been Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of SolarEdge Technologies, Inc. since joining in 2010. Ms. Prishkolnik served as Vice President and General Counsel of Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. since 2007 and served as its Corporate secretary since 2004. She joined Gilat as Legal Counsel in November 2001. She worked at the law firm of Jeffer, Mangels, Butler & Marmaro LLP in Los Angeles. She worked at Kleinhendler & Halevy (currently Gross Kleinhendler Hodak Halevy, Greenberg & Co.) in Tel Aviv. She is licensed to practice law and is a member of the Israeli Bar.
