What do you like best about the leadership team?
Focused on fixing what is broken and constantly improving the employee experience as well as growing the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
transparency, communications, ethics, support, product development, strategy
Communication with their employees. Not a good company to work for at all.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our medical benefits are amazing -- the best insurance coverage you can get with great options for different plans. We even have long term care benefits. No one has that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They should pay their employee who worked for them more than 2 years an increase in pay instead of letting them go. Stating they are not good workers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
collaborative, supportive, team spirit, smart
Most of us have followed eachother for years to end up together here. We have many very long term coworking relationships and it fosters loyalty and a supportive environment when we need to help eachother.

They need to listen to their employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very relaxed interview process. We tried to understand how we could be a fit to eachother.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Interview through FaceTime and not through email.
What makes you most happy at work?
The relationships I have with my coworkers, as strong as ever in a completely remote environment.

Communication Needs to improve drastically.
