What's the company culture like at Solvay?
Solvay is such a large company that this answer can vary from business to business and country to country. Overall I can say that Solvay is a European company that puts care for people, employees and the environment far ahead of most American companies. The idea of everyone "coming to agreement" is far more important and prevalent than a "do as told" approach. Some businesses are more "driving" than others.
