Care about people through your actions, not your words
Practice the values you preach. "I trust" and "take smart risks" mean just that. We have recently become a company that punishes risks and doesn't trust anyone to do any task without constant bickering. "Focus on customers" does NOT mean focus on $ only. If you truly focus on customers, $ will come.

Not getting dir credit and appreciation for innovation at work.as we go as per the organisation strategy
I'm overworked and underpaid, innovative ideas do not have much scope to be accepted
Naturally there are several close minded people at my site, who treated me like an untouchable when I started. Currently that has gotten better, but my team feels like high school, with cliques and gossip all day every day. It is hard to develop a relationship when that is all they are about.
I would feel better if every now and then I was told that I'm valued and that I have done a good job.
Supportive of one another and always willing to help
All are nice and respectful
Friendly, experienced, open minded .
We all strive to make the best product possible
Cooperative collaboration, flexibility, adaptability, resilience
Honest communication and divrse information
My coworkers try to do as little as possible. It would be better if they were held accountable so that the work was not passed along to the harder workers.
Taking care of family and personal health before work
Mutual concern. Support and sharing
Most of the staff were very friendly, helpful and had a great sense of humor.

If you steer clear of management, you can be yourself.
Embrace teamwork. Reward failure. Stop trying to pin blame and work together as a team to focus on doing what's right for the company and our customers. Engage in open dialog and stop ruling with an iron fist. Go back to the old Solvay where everyone was treated as family.
Questions are difficult and challenging but fair.
I was welcomed appropriately and confronted with questions strongly related to my future work
Professional conduct and asking meaningful and relevant questions about working already done

Work load and family is reasonable. However, manufacturing is another story.
Days when I don't see any managers
Stimulating discussion with colleagues and learning from it
I am no longer learning or growing as a scientist. I am concerned that my career might reach a dead end here.
I dread being told what I've done wrong every day. Also, I'm tired of filling out another spreadsheet covering the same data the previous days' spreadsheet covered. Stop analyzing and start building relationships.
Managers and company should motivate employees informing in an effective and clearly way about the future in Solvay
Transparency about management decision process.
