What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Taking care of family and personal health before work

Mutual concern. Support and sharing

Most of the staff were very friendly, helpful and had a great sense of humor.

Everyone is foing their part

If you steer clear of management, you can be yourself.

Caring attitude, collaboration, agility, growth opportunities,

the few clients that make my work pleasant and the few friendships I have developed that make it worth coming back.

There are no supervisors lloking over your shoulder. You have the freedom to do your job in a way that you think is best.

Easy solve resolution since we are working in the same place (openspace)

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Embrace teamwork. Reward failure. Stop trying to pin blame and work together as a team to focus on doing what's right for the company and our customers. Engage in open dialog and stop ruling with an iron fist. Go back to the old Solvay where everyone was treated as family.
