What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very goal oriented and get things done!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The store manager/management needs to be completely changed. Upper management is blind to how disorganized and unprofessional it is.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that the commission should be better. When I was first hired, it was a couple of dollars based on the total amount of the sale. Now it is just a small percentage, basically trying to hide the fact that the commission is less than it was before.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We discuss necessary steps to better improve the environment.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Replace the store manager and promote from within.

The people that work there are extremely happy and energetic, unlike offices!
