- What does the leadership team need to get better at?The store manager/management needs to be completely changed. Upper management is blind to how disorganized and unprofessional it is.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I think that the commission should be better. When I was first hired, it was a couple of dollars based on the total amount of the sale. Now it is just a small percentage, basically trying to hide the fact that the commission is less than it was before.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Replace the store manager and promote from within.
