What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are striving for continuous improvement and doing their best to increase communication throughout the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Decisiveness and execution. Currently lacking abilities on both domains.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Full health insurance benefits. Fairly competitive pay.
Fully funded healthcare insurance for whole family. Good initial stock options granted based on level of hire.

Our team is effective at identifying problems early and resolving them as quickly as possible. There is a great collaborative spirit.

Clarify roles and responsibilities. Take ownership of actions and trust that others will reliably execute.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are highly educated and share opinions easily. Friendly and cooperative.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Engage the employees in innovation and company goals. Explain the ‘why’ and get everyone pulling in the same direction.
