What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparent and focused on how to grow the company.
All are helpful and cooperative also empathetic

Being more transparent with employees
Increase honesty. Not lying workers (i.e. when it comes to equities).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Solid base pay package with bonus.
Not really sure on this. In Diwali, got a good value of Amazon Voucher to remember.

Experience does not matches compensation

Team has good knowledge of the cloud products and they understand where is market moving
The team is dedicated, smart and wonderful to work with.
Extremely supportive, transparent, willing to help, and to have a discussion if a disagreement arises.
They learn fast, open to new ideas
Friendly and mostly competent. Realistic in their view of the Sonicwall predicament

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A highly transparent and supportive environment with opportunities to grow.
Supporting managers/leaders. motivation to learn and increase skillset
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get sold to another VC who d.oesn't want to strip out the company. Value the channel partners again. Stop getting breached
What did you like most about the interview process?
I didn't liked anything specific. Skillset of the people in the interview was not the required.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Cronyism and nepotism are the main criteria for hiring today. They do a great job at that

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Changing the CEO and HR/VP would be a smart first step. Next I would dismantle some small isolated "kingdoms" in the company and would create a more cooperative culture, next I woul change recruitment policy: it is preferably a good experienced engineer than 5 interims... And would be transparent.
there's little that can be done to save Sonicwall. The Fancisco appointees have done too much damage. MAybe Watchguard or Fotinet can buy them for their existing customer base
