Terrible management of field service technicians by western field operations director. Field techs are constantly micromanaged & treated poorly. Upper management turns a blind eye to this. Terrible company to work for! Look ELSEWHERE!
Lots of micromanagement, very incompetent leadership from top to lower management. You're expected to put 180% into the job without additional pay when you exceed your daily eight hrs. You practically have no personal life. Company doesn't care for their customers and it's all about the bottom line.
