What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership is really the worst
Everything in all honesty. Communication is high on the list management simply will not communicate with their employees to reduce ongoing complications. Will not apply anything if ever given constructive criticism.

Generous vacation pay, salary is good for the area
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If they paid you based on the amount of work you are doing and increase wages according to new work added onto the schedule.
Yearly reviews and raises to evaluate performance
What are some of the best things about your team?
Help each other when needed and support each other technically.
We work as a group supporting and assisting each other when needed
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Do actual work, multiple coworkers are never one time yet are never reprimanded.
Some Co workers in particular need better work ethics.
Communication most people are afraid to speak with management due to constant threats of being fired.
Taking a team approach to solving problems between operations and sales
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are happy and content but are complacent
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I work remote. Disengaged with the main office.
What did you like most about the interview process?
We're talking about many years ago. Back then, it was the old school style, more about your skills and how you can contribute to the company. Everything was done through the local management which is no longer there.
Not much to say they will hire anyone who knows how to turn on a pc and a degree means nothing. Additional certificates grans an extra 25 cents to your wage.
