They work you like robots and do not care about training staff yet expect you to know everything and never offer a raise even if you have worked for 3+ years with an incredible work ethic.

Poor employee education and very disrespectful

Lots of micromanagement, very incompetent leadership from top to lower management. You're expected to put 180% into the job without additional pay when you exceed your daily eight hrs. You practically have no personal life. Company doesn't care for their customers and it's all about the bottom line.
