What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respect and training the same rules for everyone not have favorites that do anything or nothing at all. Rules that don't change by the person
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything was great. I loved my job until changing shifts and finding a shift that bullies and plays unfair if they do not like someone. Everything else was wonderful
What makes you most happy at work?
Well I no longer have my job after letting them know what did not make me happy. It was pace and hours and people who where kind .
What did you like most about the interview process?
Most of rhe interviews at first hire are friendly. But interviews that are from the inside that are supposed to be by seniority are not and they are discouraging to most.. Its by family and friendship or who you know
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Consistency better management and if someone can not be trained maybe they need to find a new job. Make operators work not spend 10 hours in a car . Don't let them think it's ok to treat new employees or packers like garbage. Everyone needs to work without being treated like garbage
