What do you like best about the leadership team?
What i like best is working together and not against one another. We're a family.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and having your teams back.
Everything from the management side to the leadership side needs major work.
We need a plant manager that has the better interests of his employees and can make decisions for himself without being persuaded by union officials
Transparancey and first rights of refusal accoring to seniority when situation changes
Respect and training the same rules for everyone not have favorites that do anything or nothing at all. Rules that don't change by the person

Better pay and better management.
Overworked and underpaid compared to similar jobs nearby

The last 2 years GWI are less than the rate of inflation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Sharing experiences and ideas with one another.
Only the lower management are worth talking to, supervisors up don't care what you have to say.
We all can work well under pressure and always come up with improvements moving forward always.
Dependability, honesty, openness, having fun at work
working people work hard and favrait people dont do anything but keep manager happy with excuses
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No one is ever happy. Always complaints about long hours and shortages. Better communications on how to meet goals and not be overworked. More training for unqualified employees
We need better management so they are held more accountable for their actions

Ability to respond in a timely manner.
There is nothing about it that i have to say is positive.
Friendly, firm, fair and connected.
It is awsome, i love the peoole
We are here to do our jobs so that we can enjoy time with our family. Sonoco is the best work life balance I've ever had.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I work 12 hours.im accused of harassing

Less complaining about production to overworked employees.
Consistency better management and if someone can not be trained maybe they need to find a new job. Make operators work not spend 10 hours in a car . Don't let them think it's ok to treat new employees or packers like garbage. Everyone needs to work without being treated like garbage

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interpersonal and professional connections formed with each individual that interviewed me. They asked relevant questions that were challenging and made me think on my feet. Overall I enjoyed the process.
