The interpersonal and professional connections formed with each individual that interviewed me. They asked relevant questions that were challenging and made me think on my feet. Overall I enjoyed the process.

Most of rhe interviews at first hire are friendly. But interviews that are from the inside that are supposed to be by seniority are not and they are discouraging to most.. Its by family and friendship or who you know
