What is the best part about your compensation package?
everything is really great ha
They have a great benefits package. They bring in people from the different companies to explain the different packages.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Long hours and low pay!
Pay is not based on work ethic. Everyone gets the same pay raise/bonus. If you want more it can take up to two years to get more money and you have to beg for it.
