What is the best part about your compensation package?
everything is really great ha
They have a great benefits package. They bring in people from the different companies to explain the different packages.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Long hours and low pay!
Pay is not based on work ethic. Everyone gets the same pay raise/bonus. If you want more it can take up to two years to get more money and you have to beg for it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Suport, loyalty, trustworthy, strong,over work everyone
We all tried to help and support each other.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I would say they need to do their jobs instead of talking about their personal lives all day.
They need to do their work and stop thinking they are going to be the next VP of the department.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It brings all different cultures together in a vibing set witch is good
They do have various groups for everyone. They have a latin group, a woman's group, an emerging professionals group, an outloud group for LGBTQUA, and even an environmental group. It's easy to find a group to belong to.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There needs to be more decision making. Currently it's a free for all when it comes to figuring things out. Nothing is ever in writing.

Going in more dephs about the reality of a real business

All is good for me
Helping people that are often overlooked.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Decisions need to be made quickly. Staff needs incentives to work hard and stay instead of jumping positions after a year or two because of low pay. There needs to be more accountability.
