What do you like best about the leadership team?

You can talk to them about anything

What did you like most about the interview process?

The people are friendly and open about things.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I would say they need to do their jobs instead of talking about their personal lives all day.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

There needs to be more decision making. Currently it's a free for all when it comes to figuring things out. Nothing is ever in writing.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Decisions need to be made quickly. Staff needs incentives to work hard and stay instead of jumping positions after a year or two because of low pay. There needs to be more accountability.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay is not based on work ethic. Everyone gets the same pay raise/bonus. If you want more it can take up to two years to get more money and you have to beg for it.
