The problem with Sony Pictures is everyone is looking to move up and get a better job. The managers and supervisor care nothing of the worker, only about towing the line for the department and HR. I worked over 10 years in the same awful department, no raise in pay or advancement. A bad company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Fire them all and have it run by a third party, which will care about the worker and not the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After so many years there, the company will help you find a better job at Sony with higher pay and benefits.
