Very diverse and positive culture. Still some hesitation to collaborate, as the corp re-structure is not 100% complete. For the most part, we have brilliant and passionate colleagues which makes for an exciting place to get work done.
The re-organization has been going on for well over 12 months and the ever-changing environment has laid the tracks for a less collaborative, more paranoid environment. If us underlings had a clean understanding of leadership's vision, it would help.
Leadership has recently undergone vast transformation, for the better. We have leaders that not only look at the big picture - they are interested in how it all comes together. A lot of the bullies are gone after the re-org.
If you are promoted, the promotion rate is usually up for negotiation and you wind up being underpaid by industry standard by 10-15%. If you get a second promotion, the math adds up quickly and negotiation is largely avoided at this company.
