Mr. Jonathan A. Olsoff serves as Executive Vice President of Sotheby's since May 5, 2015 and has been its Worldwide General Counsel since May 2016. Mr. Olsoff served as Senior Vice President of Sotheby's until May 5, 2015. Mr. Olsoff has been with Sotheby's. since 1997 and served as its Corporate Secretary from May 2015 to September 2015. Prior to that, he held various positions, including Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Americas, Worldwide Head of Litigation and Assistant Secretary. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Olsoff was employed with the law firm Berger & Steingut, where he served as one of Sotheby's lead outside litigators from 1994 to 1997.
