It was toxic and upper managment did not care abiut their emplyees.

Sound simulataneously claims to "make deep investments in its people" while in the last 5 years eliminating 90% of the loyal leadership which grew Sound from a niche outfit in Tacoma to a nationwide organization. The results of that speak for itself.
This company made a venture into Emergency Medicine, although they are aHospital Medicine group. They do well with Hospital Medicine but did not know Emergency Medicine or the culture of physicians that work EM. They lasted less than a year and lost a huge amount of Money. I would NEVER go back!
