Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel the low wages four last minute on-call work is ridiculous and I feel the praise for the work substitutes do for the school system is chest manipulative way to get people to do this job for low pay

More money for contractors that work more than 100 days especially on short notice
