Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the low wages four last minute on-call work is ridiculous and I feel the praise for the work substitutes do for the school system is chest manipulative way to get people to do this job for low pay
more pay, more money, anything
More money for contractors that work more than 100 days especially on short notice

Being paid more per day.
Substitute teachers are grossly underpaid. Schools complain about the quality of substitutes but the pay does not attract more desirable candidates.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Insist on fair pay for a days work my cleaning ladies get paid more in two hours then a substitute does in eight hours
