What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their absolute eagerness to help with any issue I may have.
They work so hard to make sure everyone under their wing has the right resources for us to do our job better, if not best. In a nut shell, I genuinely feel like they bust themselves up for us. Sometimes the workload gets overwhelming even for them but I like that they always come through eventually.

Every team member is positive and I can tell they give 100% if their talents.
They are always willing to lend a hand, from answering questions, covering, teaching. We work like one unit, rather than distinct groups. We inter-act for one big goal of serving our patients and giving them the best experience, and we all understand that. Thats amazing

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone truly enjoys being with each other
I feel that everyone takes the time to help each other out.
There is an ownership culture. We are taught to be responsible for our actions. No blame game! Own it! Mentorship is prime! There is a employee development culture, which leads to growth. You dont stay in one place.
