Summer when customers are not mean or yelling about not having heat

Teamwork that builds upon previous knowledge

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The company acquired another utility and overpaid. Existing employees are bearing the brunt via terminations, cuts in benefits, pay freezes, longer hours, bad, uninformed decisions and financial mismanagement.
