What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very friendly helpful and they always go above and beyond to make the workplace better
my boss is very approachable and super friendly. she is also very fair and never gives me a hard time when requesting/ needing a day off.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. Employees are human not machines
Not micromanaging the people who actually do the work and focus on the ones that slack off
Listening to employees. Make a rule and stick to it
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All of it.... i love the package
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Every employee gets 3%. Some employees work a lot harder than others
What are some of the best things about your team?
Leader ship always looking to improve love to help others
everyone is willing to help one another and we all get along
We worked together and helped each other
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too many meetings very unproductive
Need to focus on the real issues and not have meetings for things that are not relevant to even 25% of the people in them
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone works together we are a great team
The coworkers and how we came together to get the job done
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Change upper management and micromanagement
Just better mentalities. Everyone comes in knowing it is going to be a bad day. So it becomes a bad day
