The executive leadership is very committed to creating a great work culture with the staff. My team and the hiring managers I work every day are VERY committed to our mission and hard-working. I have the opportunity to be challenged and grow with the amount of projects I get to work with others on.

Compassion, empathy, employee feedback, fighting for their employees
Communcation and diect care support
Actual leadership. I dont see progress here. Patient care is a marketing illusion. We cater to a mainly poor demographic with poor health outcomes and low health literacy. They make bank on repeat customers
