What do you like best about the leadership team?
Fair, Equitable, management okay. Hours tough
Transparency and lead by example. Care about one another and their employees.
Encouraging, helpful, work environment is positive.
The executive leadership is very committed to creating a great work culture with the staff. My team and the hiring managers I work every day are VERY committed to our mission and hard-working. I have the opportunity to be challenged and grow with the amount of projects I get to work with others on.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Compassion, empathy, employee feedback, fighting for their employees
Communcation and diect care support
Actual leadership. I dont see progress here. Patient care is a marketing illusion. We cater to a mainly poor demographic with poor health outcomes and low health literacy. They make bank on repeat customers

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Holidays and pto. Medical insurance.
Excellent compensation and willing to pay for talented leadership/employees.
It is competitive and comprehensive
The wellness plan and nutrition programs available.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay, more appreciation, more support, better training
Competitive pay. Not having to always be short staffed or have to work extra to make up for managerial shortcomings. Appreciate your staff. Stop running on a threadbare budget and allow you highly trained staff to do what they were trained to do instead of running at a break neck pace
What are some of the best things about your team?
Coworkers friendly caring work as team
Experience and knowlege because we only have each other dor support and guidance
They are a true team! They define the concept of teamwork!
We are a team and work extremely well together
Cohesive and believes in the mission of the hospital

Gather many different points of view

Team work and everyone work together
Time off. Acceptance of each other

The people I work with are so committed to the work and our mission. They are wonderful!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Don't lie, pay competitively, listen to your workers, STOP laying off the back bone of the company
