Human Resources has a nice small team of individuals looking to make HR a more respected but approachable area of the company. We are very involved in trying to make the mission of the company match the culture .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a very moderate to fast paced environment so everyone is always communicating with each other on different matters in the office. The culture is very tight knit and we are always celebrating a milestone moment for someone or making the company know of a moment in company success.
