The product could be much more stable. Focus on the items we have and can build so they function properly. They are innovating too quickly when our basic platform has many issues. Leadership needs to be more realistic.

You can learn things about the product and company extremely fast. Due to significant growth in short amount of time, it allows you to learn a variety of new things and gives transparent exposure to learning from other leaders in the company.
