While I do enjoy the work I do- I find that the culture of 'fast-paced everything' can both decrease the quality of output and lead to burn-out. For me, this is a big problem.

It's a work, work, work environment. No respect to boundaries, you are expected to work after-hours and weekends. People are smart but it's not enough. I don't feel connected with my team unless I reach out personally and set-up a meeting to sync. Challenge that will come: office people vs remote.

Overall the experience has been pretty good. But the company values don’t always trickle down to the department or employees. Whether intentional or not, long work days and/or weekends are highly encouraged and expected and PTO seems to be discourage

I would like to say the Unlimited PTO but there is this unsaid pressure that you are judged if you take time off and don't log in when you are out of the office. The 401K is a huge benefit that lacks the package.
