Phenom celebrates each individuals unique qualities.
Phenom is willing to give people great opportunities to take on responsibility simply because we need all hands on deck.
Review from Operations Dept

They really like dogs here and the personal slack channels help you feel more connected to virtual co-workers.
The people that we bring in the door that are aligned with our culture. we make sure they're a culture fit before anything else.
Review from Sales Dept
The personal touch provided in the employee experience.
The friendly environment is something I really enjoy
Review from Customer Success Dept

That everyone genuinely cares. People in this organization will truly drop what they are doing to ensure everyone is being helped. There is no shortage of help that goes around Phenom.

Review from Engineering Dept
The support of others and willingness to help out. The we will figure this out together and go back to a customer with one voice. Can trust co-workers to help out.
Review from IT Dept
I feel a sense of belonging, despite the fast-paced and lack of bandwith.
Review from Marketing Dept
Phenom is constantly growing and looking for technology challenges.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Everyone is reachable anytime for anything.
While change is expected in a start-up, too much change with poor communication leads to unclear expectations and feeling disconnected
Review from Sales Dept
Fix the operations (client services & sales). TRAIN people. Don't just give them 2 days of phundamentals and say good luck. Invest in your people and they will invest in the company.
Review from Sales Dept
Reduce bureaucracy and make proper planning
Review from Engineering Dept
i came from Myally. There are too many silos. The team looks for direction and the direction always comes from top. Hence empowerment is a big issue. Unless people are empowered, they will just do what is necessary. People just shut up in front of the CEO and play along
Review from Product Dept
Much of the top down direction is communicated in a super negative tone. that combined with a lack of clarity in that direction get's old when it feels like that is all you hear.
Review from Product Dept
willingness to work together, less negative culture, common goals and objectives.
Review from Operations Dept
Strategy and planning is lacking resulting in many people doing many things and not accomplishing a lot. People are afraid to appear slow by taking the time to accurately plan, so the problem is never addressed. People also often pass along ownership, making it difficult to collaborate.
Review from Customer Success Dept
Stop pressuring people and creating anxiety.
Review from Sales Dept
When something is bad, dont try to make it sound like everything is positive. Instead encourage people to come up with ideas and plan to fix it or improve it.
Review from Engineering Dept
Need to make the environment better. Dept should not only be about work.
Improve the product planning and execution.
Review from Engineering Dept
There is no something called as a culture per se atleast in India office. So maybe start from removing the hardware bias that mac is only for PDE-III and above. A hardware machine cannot be a scale to measure.
Review from Engineering Dept
Invest more in giving good machines to developers. Give few benefits for employees other than just the mediocre medical insurance.
Review from Engineering Dept
We need to closely examine whether we are staffed appropriately. There are many, many spinning plates and not enough people to keep them spinning. As a result, things come crashing down. Staff is getting burned out, clients are upset, and we will begin to see turnover within the company.
Review from Operations Dept
Make a clear decision what needs to be built, rather than build a product without requirement or design architecture in place. Stop the attitude of lets deliver first then wait for client to figure out the problem, then we will fix it.
Review from Engineering Dept
I believe the leadership team needs to be more communicative to the people in the organization. I believe we hear more from middle to director level management about changes in the organization than we do the leadership team.
