i came from Myally. There are too many silos. The team looks for direction and the direction always comes from top. Hence empowerment is a big issue. Unless people are empowered, they will just do what is necessary. People just shut up in front of the CEO and play along

Much of the top down direction is communicated in a super negative tone. that combined with a lack of clarity in that direction get's old when it feels like that is all you hear.

Strategy and planning is lacking resulting in many people doing many things and not accomplishing a lot. People are afraid to appear slow by taking the time to accurately plan, so the problem is never addressed. People also often pass along ownership, making it difficult to collaborate.

There is no something called as a culture per se atleast in India office. So maybe start from removing the hardware bias that mac is only for PDE-III and above. A hardware machine cannot be a scale to measure.

We need to closely examine whether we are staffed appropriately. There are many, many spinning plates and not enough people to keep them spinning. As a result, things come crashing down. Staff is getting burned out, clients are upset, and we will begin to see turnover within the company.

Make a clear decision what needs to be built, rather than build a product without requirement or design architecture in place. Stop the attitude of lets deliver first then wait for client to figure out the problem, then we will fix it.
