Phenom Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership provides employees with meaningful and challenging work related to our unique interests and future career goals.

They act like real humans not just c-level executives. They're invested in the company and its growth. They also all take our #notnormal culture and make sure it's interweaved throughout us all which is what makes us all different and unique!

The truly believe and care about helping a billion people find the right job- in each project it's clearly on display and at its core

Review from Sales Dept

Understanding of mental health issues.

They genuinely care about their employees as people. They're just good human beings that prioritize the right things.

Review from Sales Dept

They are transparent and focused on improvement.

They care about us on a personal level, and always have our backs.

Review from Customer Success Dept

more transparent than other companies I've worked at.

Everyone leads from the front and values hard work and family

Review from Marketing Dept

They are such a transparent group. We gain access into what they are thinking about which allows us to pivot so quickly in how we attack the market. I have never worked for a leadership group that is so open, I feel like I can have any conversation.

Review from Sales Dept

Clear direction and alignment regarding corporate vision and mission

They Aim High always keeping the purpose of company

Review from Engineering Dept

the vision with perfect planning

Review from Engineering Dept

Provide clear vision for goals. Willing to keep our company on a path of growth and change while serving our customers. Willing to support working with clients who ask for things out of scope and/or we don't support.

Review from IT Dept

I can just get the job done ad get support when I need it.

Review from Customer Success Dept

They can be creative in the details they share with the company.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Transparency and a genuine care for employees

Review from Customer Success Dept

Give full ownership of the work that I do.

Review from IT Dept

Clarity of vision towards company.

They are approachable and listen to the employees, be it ideas or concerns the management is really understanding and helpful.

Review from Engineering Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Training and helping provide solutions for path forward in tough situations on projects.

Review from Sales Dept

Beyond the obvious diversity issues, it seems as though management does not have faith in those they hired to perform their jobs, resulting in an abundance of micromanagement.

Review from Sales Dept

Establishing, and then clearly communicating, the "why" behind actions and initiatives.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Understanding everyone's strengths and align them to tasks that empower them. Take time to get to know them and what their short and long terms career goals are. Commit to formally documenting internal processes. Promote and hire for roles more fairly.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Putting together an overall company strategy, how each department will work together to contribute to that strategy and communicating it to everyone.

Review from Marketing Dept

-better and more frequent communication around sales goals and organizational goals -organizational updates -putting employees first; taking a look at comp, benefit, stock options

Setting up a game plan with all employees regarding the IPO, no communication, left out to just "do your job"

Review from Finance Dept

Two areas for improvement: 1. Communication is very poor and leadership needs to understand what changes need to be announced in meetings vs slack vs emails. 2. Growth should be led by data, meaning that growing teams should be a result of more work, instead of hiring more in hopes of more work

Review from Sales Dept

Communication and true care for their employees.

Review from Operations Dept

Actually listening to constructive criticism.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Leadership needs deeper understanding how difficult the implementation process really is. Too many people required; too many quality issues; too much room for communication breakdown; too expensive / too many labor hours for Phenom; continuous over-selling and aggressive schedules promised by sales.

Review from Operations Dept

Realistic planning, working on improving efficiency, listening when issues are raised and not brushing them under the carpet

Review from Engineering Dept

Creating an environment where employees are onboarded with proper training, including time to learn and understand the products and industry. There seems to be a lot of turnover because no one receives proper training, which fosters a chaotic and stressful work environment.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Leadership is always talking about change but we do not see any changes to address the day-to-day issues.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Listening to employees. The leadership team seems closely focused on the end goal of what they want to achieve without consideration for how to engage their employees to accomplish that goal.

Review from Operations Dept

alignment and organization around clear direction and expectations

Review from Product Dept

Overall company governance is nonexistent. For example: emails are not answered in a timely fashion if at all, Slack is used as communication of record (which is terrible) and the poorest use of salesforce I have ever experienced between CS and Support. NO Clear Processes

Review from Customer Support Dept

I feel that there needs to be better direction. I don't see different departments taking accountability or ownership of issues. It's not clear that people know their roles. There isn't a solid onboarding process with adequate training.

Review from Customer Support Dept

communication and coordination between teams

Review from Operations Dept

Owning strategy. Cultivating a positive work environment. Discussing career development.
