It's a work, work, work environment. No respect to boundaries, you are expected to work after-hours and weekends. People are smart but it's not enough. I don't feel connected with my team unless I reach out personally and set-up a meeting to sync. Challenge that will come: office people vs remote.

Everyone is very smart and dynamic. But we are all stretched thin.

Hard to tell. A lot of employees' events but too late in the day to participate.

Working on cool projects with my team. But very stressed about the company's culture to work, work, work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Team disconnection, people that work after hours are valued than the others, lack of processes and resistance to them, don't feel included.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It would be the unlimited PTO but feels like a pressure to take time off as there is so much work and people just work non-stop. There are no boundaries.
