unlimited vacation, opportunity for bonus
There's an expectation to work well past 40-hours in a work week which makes you feel more machine than human with a personal life outside of Phenom. Onboarding is virtually non-existent. They basically expect you to figure the product out on your own (impossible due to monthly release cadence).
Added work to role does not reflect initial compensation
Care about you personally, really patient, open for questions
There's nothing really wrong with them that they would need to improve. Rather the issue is that you either fit into the company culture or you do not. However, the meeting cadence is overwhelming and unnecessary.
They really like dogs here and the personal slack channels help you feel more connected to virtual co-workers.

being challenged, opportunity to have a good balance of meetings and personal work time
The monthly release cadence is simply not sustainable and is also singlehandedly responsible for the high turnover rate, especially of CSMs and PMs. Even if you aren't a part of those teams, it makes it very difficult to form personal and professional connections with your POCs from those teams.
