What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good health benefits at a fair price. The dental could be better as it does not support orthodontist visits. Helpful that benefits include cell and internet. The addition of mental health benefit is great.

I think our compensation package is great for the East Coast, but could improve compared to other tech companies. The best part, for me, is unlimited PTO. I hate having to accrue for time and wait until I have time off banked.

There's no process / standard or a band for the salary structure.

Compared to the industry standards, compensation is on the lower end. The multiple hats worn does not justify the compensation.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is very supportive and communicative. Questions are answered quickly and/or pointed in the right direction. They were extremely helpful as I on boarded remotely and did not get to be in the home office.

I'm actually doing what I was hired to do rather than 3 other departments' jobs. I get paid well. My manager is careful about life-work balance and doesn't demand I overwork myself. I look forward to working everyday.

Communication, cohesion of teams, not enough planning or foresight

Adjust work life balance and respect your employees. If you see surveys more the working hours less the efficiency. More of temp fixes than long-term solutions. As clients are increasing the communication among several teams are really bad. With inceasing clients requirements increased exponentially
