Fast pace, autonomy, opportunities for growth and to take on more projects.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable and I love that there are no official offices at Phenom. I feel like they are real people who I can talk to about questions I have.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think our compensation package is great for the East Coast, but could improve compared to other tech companies. The best part, for me, is unlimited PTO. I hate having to accrue for time and wait until I have time off banked.
