Setting up a game plan with all employees regarding the IPO, no communication, left out to just "do your job"

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make as much as the office administrator. I have excel skills and certain experience that deemed a raise

I'm in the bottom 25 percentile in compensation for my position and did not get the bonus I was counting on. I would feel better if I was compensated appropriately and to receive 2x the bonus I was supposed to in order to make up for lost wages.

The people make it positive. Everyone is very caring, helpful, friendly and thoughtful. The environment that Phenom provides allows everyone from different teams to bond. I have never worked for a company where there were so many like minded positive people working together. It's Awesome!
