Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The company sugarcoated the work/life balance. I was hired as a "remote" employe in April of '21 and I became accustomed to remote life, when a new CFO came and demanded us to do a hybrid, I complied, thinking there would be more collaborative efforts. I talked to him maybe ONCE in person after this

The combination of freedom and responsibility instilled at Phenom

The free food for lunch

Being trusted with challenging tasks

They were not very inclusive

Inclusion of projects and weekly goals, I was left out of these meetings
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make as much as the office administrator. I have excel skills and certain experience that deemed a raise
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Setting up a game plan with all employees regarding the IPO, no communication, left out to just "do your job"
