Industry is at a much higher rate to hire tech folks, i think we need to have a clear bands and ranges for every band

when i compared me with myself from past few years i was not being paid for my experience and knowledge i gained my pay is always depending on my previous salary which is not considering the knowledge i gained through my experience, when compared to market i think i am always underpaid through out..

There is no something called as a culture per se atleast in India office. So maybe start from removing the hardware bias that mac is only for PDE-III and above. A hardware machine cannot be a scale to measure.

When something is bad, dont try to make it sound like everything is positive. Instead encourage people to come up with ideas and plan to fix it or improve it.

Chaos with structure and responsibilities. People skills are not utilised in matching areas. First people are hired, and then trying to find job they could do, instead of hiring people for specific job.
