In almost 3 short years I've grown tremendously as a person, I'm constantly challenged at work and pushed to my limits (in a good way.) Although there is stress I feel confident that I can get adequate support and help when needed.

Phenom pays considerably low compared to the industry average regarding our role.

This was my only qualm was the pay is about 20k lower than market when I was interviewing. When I was given a rang by the recruiter it ended up being 5k below the bottom of the range in my offer. I pushed for more but still didn't touch the bottom

We genuinely care about one another. The support is amazing and I always feel like there are people I can do to not only on my team but across the greater Phenom team.
