In almost 3 short years I've grown tremendously as a person, I'm constantly challenged at work and pushed to my limits (in a good way.) Although there is stress I feel confident that I can get adequate support and help when needed.

#notnormal culture and that across the board everyone just seems authentic, upbeat, and happy
What are some of the best things about your team?
We genuinely care about one another. The support is amazing and I always feel like there are people I can do to not only on my team but across the greater Phenom team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They act like real humans not just c-level executives. They're invested in the company and its growth. They also all take our #notnormal culture and make sure it's interweaved throughout us all which is what makes us all different and unique!
