The company mission is clear, genuine and understood across the entire team. They work hard, care about their team and create an amazing environment.
I enjoy the diversity in my leadership team as it offers depth to our strategy. I enjoy that my leaders understand the Day to day while still leading the group. I appreciate my leaderships ability to hear my thoughts on how to improve our department and company overall!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
-better and more frequent communication around sales goals and organizational goals -organizational updates -putting employees first; taking a look at comp, benefit, stock options
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good on-track earnings as a salesperson
Free health insurance. Would like HSA option too
The cost of the health benefits are really good
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sales has a bad commission structure - it is much less competitive than other organizations. From a benefits perspective it is frustrating that we are "successful" and worth over $1 Billion but they don't match our 401K. They should also include equity in employee compensation packages - retention.
Our comp is not up to standard with industry average and especially given all the inflation in the world right now. There is no discussion about raises to address that. In addition, stock options would be very valuable as an employee. We are working hard towards the mission and should be invested

Collaborative, helpful, responsive , friendly, and smart
Team attitude willingness to help
Good rapport and everyone is willing to lend a helping hand
Their willingness to step and help with my deals to help them close.

The people - everyone I have virtually met is very smart, friendly, and willing to help. Everyone is working towards the same goal
