The team is a very smart, funny bunch. They're also empathetic.

The Not Normals at weekly meetings, the fun activities, the friendly people.

They're very engaged in retaining top talent and maintaining a sustainable life-work balance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The unlimited PTO, which means I don't have to worry about taking days off if I need to.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work quickly on issues, we all have similar personalities so we get along and everyone works hard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Life-work balance and interactions with coworkers, including social events. Even though we're still remote, the company tries to make sure we feel included, especially new workers.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm actually doing what I was hired to do rather than 3 other departments' jobs. I get paid well. My manager is careful about life-work balance and doesn't demand I overwork myself. I look forward to working everyday.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The management team is very engaged. My direct manager frequently checks in to make sure I'm learning and completing assignments on time. We have meetings almost daily. Every employee I've met so far has been nice, down-to-earth, knowledgeable about their jobs and eager to answer questions.
